Please enter a description of the reason for the payment, or the invoice number that you are paying, in the “This one-time payment is for” field. Then click the “Buy Now” button.

After you click the “Buy Now” button you will be asked to fill in the amount that you want to pay.

We use PayPal to process credit card purchases, and you can either use your PayPal account to make the payment, or enter your own credit card information by selecting the “Pay with a debit or credit card” option on the next window.
